  • What does it cost?
Video production costs can vary greatly depending on the size of the project and the logistics involved. Our typical rates range from £800 to £2,000 at the lower end. This might cover projects like a series of short social media videos or a simple 'talking head' film, for example, recording a testimonial. For more complex productions, such as brand films or long-form content, prices can range from £1,000 to £10,000. The final cost largely depends on the specific requirements and logistical considerations of the project. Whatever your scale, we’ll work with you from the outset to ensure we deliver the film you want, within your budget. Once everything is agreed, we’ll set a fixed price that won’t change—unless the scope of the project changes from our original agreement.
  • Can you work within our budget?
Let us know what budget you're working with, and we'll tell you what we can deliver within that cost. Whatever your budget, our goal is always the same: to create an outstanding video that hits the brief and blows your audience away.
  • How soon can I book a shoot?
In a perfect world, we’d recommend a minimum of two weeks' notice before any shoot. That said, we understand business doesn’t always work to ideal timelines, so we’re happy to accommodate short-notice projects where possible. How quickly we can get started depends on the size and ambition of your project. Larger productions naturally require more pre-production time, longer shoots, and extended editing periods, so we'll need to allocate a bit more time for storyboarding, researching locations and scripting.
  • How involved is the client in the process?
Before any shoot, we’ll have a few 30-minute meetings with you to go over the plan of action, logistics, style, tone, and the overall intention of your film. After that, it’s entirely up to you how involved you’d like to be. Some projects require close collaboration, while others can run with minimal input. This is your film, your story and your business, so your involvement is very important to me.
  • Will you provide questions for interviewees and scripts?
I always advise that if it's not in writing, it won't get done. For each film, we will provide scripts and if required, tailored questions. All our films are created to meet your brief and convey your key messages.
  • How quickly will I receive the finished work?
Timelines vary depending on the scale of the project, but we know deadlines matter. As a general rule, clients can expect a first draft within two weeks after filming has been completed. If you’re working to a tighter schedule (even if the film was needed yesterday), we’re happy to explore what's feasible and agree on a delivery date at the outset. This might apply, for example, if you wish to use the video at a forth coming trade show you are attending on a specific date.
  • Can I tweak the finished video?
Delivering a film that hits the brief is always our top priority. We’re happy to offer up to three rounds of revisions per edited video to make sure you’re completely satisfied before sign-off. Additional costs may apply if major changes to the edit are required beyond the agreed scope.
  • Where do you film?
We work across the UK and overseas. Whether your video is located locally or further afield, we can help make it happen, including setting up productions abroad, when needed.
